Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application Form
To apply for a job with us, you will need to complete an application with us. This will take roughly 20 minutes. Please take your time and answer the questions as thoughtfully as possible and submit your CV and covering letter.
- Stage 2
Pre-Screening Interview
If your application is successful, our Recruitment team will be in touch with you to schedule a screening interview with you. This will be a 20-30 minute telephone call with our Recruitment Coordinator, Sally.
- Stage 3
Interview
If your application form is successful, Sally will be in touch to schedule an interview with you. This face-to-face interview will be at our Long Eaton office with Sally, our Operations Managers, Alina and our Chief Operations Manager, Imogen. This interview will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Stage 4
Offer
Whether you are successful or not at the second interview stage, we will communicate this to you. If you are successful, our Recruitment Coordinator, Sally will be in touch to let you know what the next steps of our recruitment process is.
- Stage 5
Offer Checks
If you are successful with us, we will need to a DBS check and gather some further information from you. Our Recruitment Co-ordinator, Sally will guide you through each step.
- Stage 6
Hired
After your checks have been submitted and come back clear, our Recruitment team will talk you through everything we need to get your started at Avanti and if you have any questions along the way, we welcome you to ask!
